The Law Office of Lynn Perls is a boutique law firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico providing family law services including adoptions and guardianships, donor and parenting agreements, estate planning and probate, divorces and dissolutions, custody, visitation, and restraining orders. We also provide mediation to assist clients in resolving their own disputes, as well as settlement facilitation services for attorneys working to help their clients on the path toward resolution of disputes. Our focus is creating and enforcing legal protections for all kinds of families.

In order to give our clients high quality representation in their legal matters, we concentrate our practice on family law and estate planning. We help our clients protect themselves and the families they choose, including families in the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered communities.
